Questions, answered
Before we get started.
Who is this for?
We help Canadian businesses considering automation, robotics or digitally enabled equipment. We work with owners, COOs and CFOs facing labour constraints, capacity limits or margin pressure.
Do we need to know which equipment to buy?
No. We can begin with the operating problem, establish what the equipment needs to achieve and compare options before you commit.
Can you work with a vendor quote we already have?
Yes. We can assess the proposed equipment against your objectives and examine integration needs, implementation costs and the assumptions behind the expected return.
What does lender-ready mean?
It means a clear package explaining the investment decision, recommended equipment, delivery plan, expected benefits and total costs. Each lender sets its own requirements and may ask for additional information.
Do you guarantee financing?
No. We prepare the plan and business case. The lender decides whether to approve financing and on what terms.
How long does a plan take?
Allow approximately 8–12 weeks for a complete engagement from assessment through the lender-ready plan. Individual services typically take 2–6 weeks and may overlap. These are indicative planning ranges, not guaranteed delivery dates. Timing depends on site count, project complexity, operating data availability and supplier input. We confirm the schedule when agreeing the scope. Lender review, equipment delivery and installation follow separate timelines.
What information should we prepare?
Bring a description of the operating constraint, available production and cost data, equipment quotes if you have them, and your planned investment range. We will identify any gaps together.
Are you tied to an equipment supplier?
Our approach is vendor-neutral. We evaluate options against your operating objectives, ROI and implementation requirements, with awareness of Canadian suppliers and integrators.
Let’s get practical
What is holding your operation back?
Tell us where you want to improve output, reduce manual work or make a better capital decision. We’ll discuss the right starting point.
You don’t need a finished equipment list. A clear description of the constraint is enough to start a conversation.
